Heater with boiler function

PEREKO NPW heater combines features of heater and heating boiler. It has water body [1] and air heat exchanger [2], what allows quick heating of the rooms and obtaining domestic hot water.

Low heating costs

Heater fired with solid fuel heats the rooms as quick as oil-fired heaters but the cost of ownership is considerably lower so the purchase pay-off quickly.

Reliable design

The heat exchanger is made of a solid metal sheet of 8mm thickness, therefore we provide 3 years of warranty for good operation of the device and even 10 years for welding joints.

High comfort of use

Modern instrumentation is used to control the operation of the NPW heater. LOGIC  [3] controller adjusts the power of the device by smooth selection of fan revolutions [4]. At the same time it controls operation of the central heating/domestic hot water pump. Wide charging doors [5] facilitates charging of fuel and cleaning of combustion chamber [6]. Air temperature can be adjusted from 40 to 100 °C, and temperature of the domestic hot water up to 80°C.

Multi-fuel device

All solid fuels can be combusted in the NPW heater. The combustion process takes place in two ways:

  1. 3. by operation of the feeder [7] with fuel container [8],
  2. 4. by direct charging of fuel to cast-iron grate [9].

The NPW heater is available both in a version with a feeder and without it. Use of the feeder limits servicing of the device to the minimum - during combustion of hard eco-pea coal, brown eco-pea coal, pellet, oats and fine coal - the other fuels can be combusted on the cast-iron grate, as in case of the version without the feeder.

Primary fuel:
ECO-PEA COAL, FINE COAL, PELLET, OATS

Eco-pea coal is a coal with a grain size 5-25 mm intended for modern boilers with a retort feeder. It characterizes with high calorific value and low content of sulphur and ash. This product is produced from selected coals with the best available parameters. Fine coal has similar properties to the hard coal but its price is considerably lower. It has a form of fine granules, which can be used as an additive to the other solid fuel or independently. Pellet is a compressed biomass formed from the wood waste. It is produced in form of granules having the length of several centimetres. It has high calorific value and low moisture content. It does not leave dirt, has a pleasant smell, is easy to transport and store. Oats combust easily due to the content of shell and oil and high calorific value. It can be easily stored and transported. Combustion is not harmful to the environment because hazardous greenhouse gases are not emitted. Combustion results in low amounts of ash - it can be used as a fertiliser.
